Second, set an exercise plan. This means deciding how much time you will exercise each day with Wii Sports. Your target is to play for 30 minutes each day. If you are not accustomed to exercising, plan your first two weeks to gradually increase your daily playing time from 5 minutes to 30.
Third, wear something comfortable. As you are not going to be just in your chair, this is quite important. You are going to appreciate that after your 30 minutes of activity.
Fourth, you have just to play! Just a recommendation: play like you were there. Or there is no point with all this stuff.
